Brittany started preschool on the 10th of September. She was also very excited about school. She goes on Tues. and Thurs. from 8:30am-11:30am. Her best friend Miss O is in her class and she LOVES it! Everyday she asks me if it's a school day. She would be happy to go everyday if she could.

Mason is crawling and pulling himself up and getting in to everything possible. It's hard to believe that he will be ONE in a month!! I took him for his checkup last month and he was only in the 25th percentile for height and weight. This is quite a change for me from my first two babies. He is definitely not a fat one but I love him just the way he is! We (meaning me) are still looking for his first tooth. I have been thinking he would get it for months now. I think they are working their way through but holy cow! he is almost one and not a single tooth. I guess I should be happy since I am still breastfeeding. Which leads me to my next topic. The kid will not take a bottle. I am slowly adding in more table food and he finally started drinking from a sippy cup, but if anyone tries to give him a bottle, he is O-ffended. I'm hoping that in a month or so I will be able to ween him but I am bit scared that it might be more of a challenge than I am up for. We shall see!

I signed up for another 5K today! I had originally planned on running it back in the spring, but lately I was slacking on the training. I started to think maybe I wouldn't do it, but then a friend of mine just did a little talk at enrichment about her running and it totally re-motivated me. Not to mention that I was going to feel like a failure if I didn't do it. So, I'm back on the band wagon and going to work hard to be ready to run another 5K on October 17th.
Keith and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary this past Friday! I am amazed at how fast the time has gone. And even more amazed at how far we have come as a couple. I think our marriage just keeps getting better and better and I know that the decision to marry him was the best decision I ever made. Hands down!! I know that he is the only man on this earth that could live with me and still love me at the end of the day. What a great guy! We have definitely grown closer through the years and I am so thankful for his patience and commitment.
Okay enough of the gushy stuff. Gotta go rescue Mason from some thing!
