Definitely my daughter

This past weekend was a blast. I have so much to tell and so little time. Let me start with Friday. Keith took the day off (Hooray!) and we went to lunch with Chels and Ave and then Keith took the boys home and us girls went to get our nails done. It was so cute to watch Brittany. She picked out her nail polish (light purple) and then sat in the chair and had her nails painted. She held real still and looked like such a big girl. It was so fun! Her and I will have so much fun together in the years to come. I sure love my Britti-boo. Then after our "girl time" it was party time! We went to Chuck E. Cheese's for Britt's party. It was very busy and very loud, but Brittany loved it! Here are some pictures of the festivities.

Britt was afraid of the mouse, so I stood in for her.

The Birthday song! Brittany requested strawberry cupcakes. Of course, that's what I made her

Presents!!

I wrapped her presents and had them in the living room when she woke up on her birthday. When she came down and saw them, she said, "Did Santa come?" It was quite funny. We bought her a shopping cart and cash register and she and Avery loved it. Jared was also very keen on it. Between that and the Hungry Hippo game, these kids were having a blast! After lunch we took her to Build-a-bear. FYI-a lot of people go there on Valentine's Day. We stood in line for about an hour just to get in the store. It was worth the wait. Brittany loved it. She picked out a panda bear and a cute outfit for it. She named her bear "Heart." Jared picked out a bunny and of course a Batman suit. His name is "Bat Bunny." Cousin Avery picked out the pink monkey and named it "Allison." We are not sure where she came up with this name, but it was very cute of her!

It was quite an eventful birthday for this three year old little girl. We were so happy to have Aunt Chelsea and Avery here. It made it all the more fun!
