Sledding
As crazy as this may sound, we had a hard time finding a good place to sled while we were in Utah. The problem was that all the snow had melted. We enjoyed the beautiful weather all week, but it put a damper on our sledding plans. Luckily we found a park with some "snow" (more like ice) and a great sledding hill. The kids loved it and I enjoyed a few rides myself.
