The week ahead

As I enjoy my relaxing Sunday afternoon, I think about what lies ahead this week. Jared goes back to preschool and has his Nativity play on Wednesday. It was supposed to happen on the 19th, but they canceled school due to weather so it will happen on Wednesday. The kids and I are going to Utah on Friday so there is much to do to prepare. Luckily I got the Christmas stuff down last night with the help of my great hubby. I learned something yesterday that I wish I would've figured out 4 years ago. If I give Keith the time to watch his KU game then he is much more helpful and kind when I need his help. This is very useful info for me. Anyways, there is always so much to do and so little time. Especially since I've had Mason.

I look forward to our trip to Utah. My brother, Jeff, got married the day before Thanksgiving so I get to meet my new sister-in-law for the first time. We are having an open house for them next Sunday since a lot of people didn't even know that he got married. I am also excited to see my parents new house. They moved in the middle of November and I have yet to see it. The other exciting thing is the Draper Temple Open House starts on the 15th and we have tickets to go. Very cool! I'm also planning a 16th Birthday party for my youngest brother, Matt. It's going to be a Rock Band party and the kids can dress up like Rock Stars! I think I may have to throw one for myself if I can ever get my hands on a Wii. In between all this I hope to be able to help my mom with unpacking and getting her house decorated. Not to mention that my parents are opening a used book store this month and I will help with that too. Man I wish I had more time to spend there. There is plenty to do!

I better sign off. Jared is begging for some cereal.
